The Product

Vacuum packed chilled tuna loins are prepared from locally caught Yellowfin tuna and Big eye tuna. The raw material is grilled, gutted and chilled immediately after catch. 

Gilled & gutted tuna is butchered to remove head, bones, fins and belly portions. Loins are separated, trimmed to remove dark meat, skinned, cleaned, vacuum seals in LDPE pouches in insulated Styrofoam boxes with gel ice and are stored at Zero degree Celsius.
